onstruction firm KSH Holdings said on Wednesday that it has won a S$121 million contract to build a luxury condominium project on Singapore’s Sentosa island. The contract, awarded by joint venture developers Ho Bee and IOI Land brings KSH’s existing order book to over S$614 million, the company said in a statement.
KSH managing director Choo Chee Onn told Reuters in an interview last month that the firm is aiming to get S$350-S$400 million worth of contracts this year, lower than in 2007 as a construction boom cools amid fears of an economic downturn
